SUNNEN Standard Honing Stones, Mandrels and Adapters
Our ability to supply diamond or CBN abrasives in a variety of grit sizes and bond configurations enables us to hone a variety of materials including hardened tool steels, steels of varying alloys, aluminum, titanium, bronze, brass, cast iron, stainless steel, and ceramics.
Honing bore diameter from 1.50 mm to 152.40 mm
Bore types:
Open holes with no interruptions
Open holes with keyways or splines,
Open holes with tandem lands,
Blind holes,
Bowed Hole,
Hole with counterbore or overhang.
